A corporate attorney with more than 30 years of experience in telecommunications and information technology. For 24 years, he served as General Counsel of MCM, where he was responsible for regulatory matters, contracts, litigation, infrastructure deployment, corporate governance and relations with authorities and industry stakeholders.
He began his professional career as a litigation attorney and later joined the telecommunications sector at Iusacell and Miditel. Through JAG Legal, he advises companies on regulatory, contractual, corporate, competition, compliance and data protection matters, drawing on a perspective developed through direct business operations.
